A novel mechanism explaining the remarkable temperature dependence of marine unicellular nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria

This dataset contains annotation information and statistical test results for 436 genes involved in key metabolic processes in Crocosphaera watsonii WH8501. Information about the functions and peak expression time of the rpaA gene and genes involved in the phosphorylation of RpaA is also available in this dataset.
