Spotter buoy data for June 6 2023 storm "Fabrice"

This dataset contains Spotter buoy data for the Indian Ocean, during the passage of very long swells from storm "Fabrice'. This dataset is used in the following paper: "Phase-resolved swells across ocean basins in SWOT altimetry data: revealing centimeter-scale wave heights including coastal reflection" in combination with SWOT data and numerical wave model results.
