Abstract

The proteome of  the haptophyt Tisochrysis lutea has been identified in chemostat limited by nitrogen and by the vitamin B12 for comparative proteomic analysis. This dataset presents raw data of LC-MS/MS analysis and of comparative proteomic analysis.
